T272. Ko Mino Menuki, Shakudo with a touch of gold

$550.00

T272.  Menuki attributed to Ko Mino (early Mino, 16th century).  Shakudo, pierced and with a touch of gold.  51 and 54 mm long, in a fitted box that needs a pillow.  I have been told that early Mino work arose when Goto smiths moved east and worked with Tachikanagushi smiths, or at least that is current theory.  This is a very nice set in wonderful condition.  $550.
