Q641.  Daisho tsuba, iron with gold inlay. The dai is 6.6 x 7 x .45 cm with a nakago hitsu-ana of .9 x 2.6 cm. The sho is 5.5 x 5.9 x .4 cm; its nakago hitsu-ana is 1 x 2.5 cm. I believe this depicts brushes with ink stones and scrolls.A bit of the gold is missing but most remains. The set comes in a daisho box.  $395.
