B708.  Nihonto no Kindai Teki Kenkyu by Koizumi Hisao.  1969.  Rebound as hardcover with the title A Systematic Study of the Japanese Sword, 7 1/2 x 10 1/4″, maybe 500 or so pages in Japanese.  Modern Precise Study of Nihonto is what the title says: lots of information and hundreds of oshigata.  The cover is a bit rubbed, a bit stained, and missing something round that used to be glued on the front.  I have found a couple instances of small writing inside and a page of the index at back has been torn and taped.  A good reading copy.  4 pounds, 2 ounces.  $40
