Gonsaulus.  1923, reprinted in 1976.  Softbound, 6 ½ x 9 ½”, about 300 pages in English.  Extensive text on the history of tsuba and discussing the various schools of tsuba making, list of signatures, and index, and a chapter on restoration of tsuba that you definitely should ignore.  The last third of the book is sharp black & white photos of tsuba in the collection.
